FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are your hours?
We open Monday-Friday, 11am until 6pm. We are closed on the weekends and on major holidays. You can also follow us on Instagram for updates and announcements.

What kind of food do you serve?
We serve simple, homestyle Thai food. Thai cuisine is simple, delicious, and very flexible. We use Thai ingredients, herbs, and other Southeast Asian ingredients to create an authentic Thai food experience, while combining fresh produce and vegetables found in the Pacific Northwest. The result is a homestyle meal and Thai comfort food.

Are your dishes gluten-free?
Not all of our dishes are naturally gluten-free.
However, we can make any dish on our menu gluten-free. Please let us know of your dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We can make most of our dishes vegetarian or vegan. Please let us know of your dietary restrictions and that you need a dish to be made vegetarian or vegan. Please see our menu for our vegetarian/vegan recommendations.

What kind of sauces do you use?
The sauce used in our noodle, fried rice, and stir-fry dishes is our own blend of various seasonings. These seasonings include: fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and other Thai seasoning sauces. Oyster sauce and soy sauce contain soya (soybean plant), wheat, and gluten. If you have allergies, please kindly let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. If you are vegetarian/vegan, we will use our vegan sauce blend.

What is "Dak" mean?
In Thai, "Dak" means to devour or to eat with great enthusiasm and gusto; it is a playful and naughty way to say eat.

Where are you located?
We are a small family-owned restaurant located in Creswell, Oregon. And, this is our only location.

Why do you serve just take-out/togo only? Are you planning to do dine-in?
Due to the current state of economy, high food prices, and because we are a family-run business, in order for us to maintain our food quality, quantity, consistency, and reasonable menu prices, we have to cut costs in other means. That includes eliminating dine-in and other services. We apologize for this inconvenience. We hope very much to open for dine-in at some point, but have no immediate plans to do so yet.

Do you cater?
Yes! We do carry-out catering orders. Please scroll down to see basic information regarding catering orders.
